Clear steps for requesting deletion, understanding the 30-day recovery window, and contacting MosqueMe if you cannot access the app.
Deletion enters a recovery period. During that period you may be able to restore the account through the supported recovery flow.
After the recovery window, hard-delete processing starts on the next scheduled deletion run.
If you cannot access the app, contact support@mosqueme.com from the email or phone number linked to your account where possible.
What may be deleted or retained
Account deletion is explained in the Privacy Policy. In general, MosqueMe aims to delete account-linked personal data after the recovery period, while some records may be retained or transformed where needed for legal, safety, fraud-prevention, accounting, mosque workflow, or system-integrity reasons.
Public or mosque-admin content may remain in an author-stripped, aggregated, or operational form where the Privacy Policy says this is necessary and lawful.
