Delete your MosqueMe account

Clear steps for requesting deletion, understanding the 30-day recovery window, and contacting MosqueMe if you cannot access the app.

01Start in the app

Open MosqueMe, go to Profile or Settings, and choose the account deletion option.

0230-day recovery window

Deletion enters a recovery period. During that period you may be able to restore the account through the supported recovery flow.

03Hard-delete processing

After the recovery window, hard-delete processing starts on the next scheduled deletion run.

04Need help?

If you cannot access the app, contact support@mosqueme.com from the email or phone number linked to your account where possible.
