No password. No extra burden.
MosqueMe does not ask you to create a separate MosqueMe password. The current sign-in screen lets you continue with supported providers such as Apple, Google, or Microsoft, depending on what is available on your device and account.
During setup or recovery, MosqueMe may ask you to verify your phone number for account protection. If you cannot access the provider or verified phone linked to your account, contact support@mosqueme.com from the email or phone number linked to your account where possible.
Access help
Locked out, not left out
If sign-in does not complete, try the same provider you used before, check your internet connection, finish any phone verification step shown in the app, and then try again.
If MosqueMe says your account is locked, a sign-in method is blocked, or your verified phone is no longer available, contact support. For account safety, we may need you to contact us from the email or phone number linked to your account where possible.
Security
Your devices, your door
Settings -> Login & devices shows your current session and device information. You can refresh that view or sign out from there.
If you lose your device, sign in on another device and complete phone verification. For security, your previous active session will be signed out automatically.
If you think someone else may have accessed your account, sign out, use your usual sign-in provider again, review Login & devices, and report the issue through Settings -> Support -> Report a problem.
Profile
Your details, your number
Settings -> Edit profile lets you manage supported profile details such as your display name, date of birth, email address, and contact information.
Your verified phone number may appear as a locked contact item because it helps protect sign-in, recovery, and trusted-device checks. If that number is wrong or no longer available, contact support from your linked email or phone number where possible.
MosqueMe may show a user number on your profile or mosque member record. It is an account reference you can use when support or your mosque needs to identify your account.
Mosque and alerts
Your mosque, your rhythm
Use MosqueMe settings to manage your mosque connection, mosque selection, app preferences, and mosque-related support questions. Some mosque-linked changes may depend on membership, mosque admin review, safety checks, or support assistance.
Settings -> Notification settings lets you review push notification status, in-app alert status, prayer-alert preferences, and available reminder controls. Your device notification settings can also affect whether alerts appear.
Privacy and support
Your data, your rights, your route
Settings -> Privacy settings lets you review account protection items, partner matching preferences, and device permissions such as location or microphone where those features are used.
From Account actions, you can download a JSON copy of your app data to your device. Account data, retention, export, correction, and deletion handling are explained in the Privacy Policy.
For app issues, account questions, content concerns, or feature feedback, use Settings -> Support where available, or email support@mosqueme.com.
Account actions
Pause or close your account
You do not need to close your account to fix most account issues. Try these first if they match what you need:
- Download a copy of your data first if you want one.
- Update notification, privacy, or mosque settings without closing your account.
- Contact support if the issue is sign-in access, mosque selection, or an app problem.
Deactivate your account
In the app, go to Settings -> Account actions -> Deactivate account (temporary). Your account is hidden in MosqueMe and you are signed out. You can reactivate by signing in again. Admins may still see that the account is deactivated for operational reasons.
Close your account
In the app, go to Settings -> Account actions -> Delete account. This starts account deletion with a 30-day recovery window before final deletion processing begins.
- Your account is hidden from members.
- Admin permissions are removed immediately.
- Push notifications stop and active sessions are revoked.
- Personal data such as prayer records, tasks, and preferences is scheduled for deletion.
- Mosque content you published may remain live with the author identity anonymised where needed.
During the 30-day window, you may be able to restore the account by signing in again. Recovery on a different device may require phone verification.
Some limited records may remain where needed for security, fraud prevention, anonymised moderation history, legal, audit, or support purposes.
If you cannot access the app, email support@mosqueme.com from the email or phone number linked to your account where possible.
